The goal of this facility is to provide a fun, yet competitive environment for those wishing to improve their game and for those seeking to start theirs. The Central Regional Indoor arena offers an exciting and fun filled environment for families and athletes of all kinds.

This versatile facility is minutes away from the Eastern Main road, Priority Bus Route and Churchill–Roosevelt Highway; providing superb accessibility for all.

The complex features three activity arenas: the “Indoor Arena” where patrons can play Basketball, Net Ball, Gymnastics, Karate, Badminton, Table Tennis and Futsal (indoor football), the “Lawn Tennis Arena”, where all tennis enthusiast and athletes can participate in full sized lawn tennis activities, and the “Hockey Turf Arena”: built with field turf, this facility allows for Field Hockey, Cricket and football activities.

The Mayaro Sport Facility, located at #41 Plaisance Rd, Mayaro, facilitates numerous sporting events for the people of Mayaro; Basketball, Volleyball, Futsal, Indoor Track and Field, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, after school classes and Special Events. This indoor facility offers a safe, arena-styled atmosphere offering playing surfaces that are accessible year round.

South West Regional Indoor Sport Arena

The South-West Regional Indoor Sports Arena, located in Egypt Village Point Fortin, facilitates numerous sporting events for the people of Point Fortin: Basketball, Volleyball, Futsal, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Dance classes and Special Events. This well maintained indoor arena offers a safe, arena-styled atmosphere that answers huge demands in Point Fortin for more playing surfaces that are accessible year round.

Located at St Andrews Park West, Cocoyea Village in San Fernando, this community pool is maintained by professional, friendly and courteous staff that uphold the highest levels of safety and hygienic pool conditions.

At this pool, one can take advantage of the Learn to Swim courses, with beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in swimming and lifesaving with our certified lifeguards/instructors. Successful completion of these courses results in the award of a National Swimming Certificate from the Ministry of Sport
